Acceptance of terms
Use atheo and you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using atheo (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of them, you may not use the Service.
What atheo is
Automatic fitness tracking at participating gyms, plus the apps.
atheo provides automatic fitness tracking through AI analysis at participating gyms. The Service includes:
- Automatic exercise recognition and rep counting
- Workout history and analytics
- Progress tracking and insights
- Mobile apps for iOS and Android
User accounts
Be 16 or older, keep your details accurate and your login secure.
To use atheo, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Provide accurate account information
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Tell us immediately about any unauthorised access
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Gym participation
atheo only works at participating gyms, and availability can vary.
atheo is available only at participating gym locations. Availability may vary by location and gym policy, and we do not guarantee service at any specific gym.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, share, or harm.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Share your account with others
- Use the Service to harass or harm anyone
Privacy and data
Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Your use of atheo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.
Accuracy disclaimer
Numbers are estimates, not lab measurements.
atheo aims for accuracy, but the Service provides estimates for exercises, reps, and weights. They are not perfectly accurate measurements. Use your own judgement and consult a fitness professional for training advice.

- Consult a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program
- Train within your physical limits
- Follow your gym's safety rules
- Not rely on atheo alone for fitness or health decisions
Intellectual property
All content, features, and functionality of atheo are owned by atheo AI Pty Ltd and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, atheo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless atheo from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
Modifications to the service
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance.
