atheo provides automated fitness tracking through AI-powered analysis at participating gyms. The Service includes:
- Automatic exercise recognition and rep counting
- Workout history and analytics
- Progress tracking and insights
- Mobile applications for iOS and Android
3. User Accounts
To use atheo, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Gym Participation
atheo is only available at participating gym locations. Availability may vary by location and gym policies. We do not guarantee service availability at any specific gym.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Share your account with others
- Use the Service to harass or harm others
6. Privacy and Data
Your use of atheo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
7. Accuracy Disclaimer
While atheo strives for accuracy, the Service provides estimates for exercises, reps, and weights. These should not be considered as perfectly accurate measurements. Always use your own judgement and consult fitness professionals for training advice.
8. Health and Safety
atheo is a tracking tool, not a medical device or fitness advisor. You should:
- Consult healthcare providers before starting any exercise program
- Exercise within your physical limitations
- Follow gym safety rules and guidelines
- Not rely solely on atheo for fitness or health decisions
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of atheo are owned by atheo AI Pty Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, atheo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless atheo from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance.
